ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT

At Weems Creek, the admissions process typically begins with a tour of the school. Once a family has determined they wish to apply to Weems, the process is as follows:

1. Apply

Complete the application form emailed to you by our school director. Submit the completed application along with the non-refundable application fee online. We accept applications throughout the year.

2. Placement

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email from our school regarding placement. Families will either receive an offer of placement or notification that their child has been placed on our waiting list.

3. Secure Your Enrollment

Upon acceptance, families have two weeks from the date of the acceptance email to complete the Parent Handbook and pay the non-refundable $500 enrollment deposit to secure their child's enrollment.

Your $500 deposit is unchanged and will be credited toward your tuition.

Age Requirements

Children must meet the following age requirements prior to starting the school year:

2s Program: Age two on or before May 25th (children should be potty trained)
3s Program: Age three on or before September 1st
PreK: Age four on or before September 1st
