Application

Completed applications are accepted throughout the year in order to be placed on our Enrollment List.* An application is considered “complete” when the application form and fee have both been received. Applications include a $150.00 non-refundable application fee. Application available upon request.

Admission

Priority Enrollment

*Enrollment opens each year with Priority Enrollment. Priority enrollment is a one-week time period reserved for current Weems Creek families. Applications for Weems families are accepted in January, just after our winter break.

Open Enrollment

Open enrollment begins the Monday immediately following priority enrollment.

Admissions Process

At Weems Creek, the admissions process typically begins with a tour of the school. Once a family has determined they wish to apply to Weems, the procedure is as follows:

1. Complete application form. Submit the form and the application fee online.

2. Upon review of the application, families will receive an emailed letter regarding placement in our school, or notification that your child has been placed on our waiting list.

3. Upon acceptance, it is incumbent on the family to pay a $500 deposit* within two weeks of the acceptance email to secure the students enrollment.

4. At this time, families will receive further information to set up the preferred payment method and payment plan as well as receive initial paperwork required for enrollment.

* Deposit is deducted from the annual tuition cost. Tuition available upon request.

Age Requirements

Children must meet the following age requirements prior to starting the school year:

2s Program: Age two on or before May 25th (children should be potty trained)
3s Program: Age three on or before September 1st
PreK: Age four on or before September 1st
STEAM: Open to AM PreK students
